Cost: $75 per person
Location: Spring Creek Nature Center, or Montgomery County Nature Preserve.

This foraging class is perfect for the backpacker, hiker, hunter, outdoorsman, vegan/vegetarian, naturalist, survivalist, and even cutting edge chef’s and bartenders.
Learn historical medicinal and food uses for select plants, as well as methods of cultivation and processing. You may also learn some plant chemistry, as Mark has a PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry, and a Master’s Degree in Medicinal Chemistry. You definitely get more than you bargain for in our foraging class!
We HIGHLY suggest booking early, and buying a copy of Mark’s book before hand. Its great to add notes into for quick future reference.

Due to the limited space in our small courses, we do not offer any refunds/credits unless WE cancel the course. No exceptions. Transferring a seat in a class to another person will be taken on a case by case basis.
