Learn historical medicinal and food uses for select plants, as well as methods of cultivation and processing. You may also learn some plant chemistry, as Mark has a PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry, and a Master’s Degree in Medicinal Chemistry.

We HIGHLY suggest booking early, and buying a copy of Mark’s book before hand. Its great to add notes into for quick future reference.
